- Paget’s disease of bone

What relieves the pain and what exacerbates the pain?
A
Relieved by sitting forward (flexing spine) and exacerbated by spinal extension

How do patients typically present?
A
Pain, heaviness and altered sensation in their legs after standing or walking for 5-10 minutes
