A

flex/extend/side flex

cervical - tape measure from chin to sternum/acromion

lumbar - tape measure from fingers to floor
Schobers test: mark PSIS, measure from 5cm below + 10cm above
rotation - visual estimate

know effectiveness of treatment, identify changes
functional mobility
determine structures affecting movement
decide baseline limitations

A

flexion - 50°
extension - 15°
lateral flexion - 20°
rotation - 5°

observe willingness to move, quality of movement, where movement occurs, range, pain, deviations
