When must you eject from a spin?

A

If recovery is not completed by 6,000’ AGL or if transverse G-Loads preclude maintain anti-spin controls. Whichever occurs first

Erect Spin Recovery Procedures:

A
  1. Control Stick - Full Aileron into the direction of spin and as much aft stick as possible without sacrificing aileron
  2. Rudder - Full Opposite
  3. Gear, flaps, and speed brake positions - Do Not Change during recovery
  4. Neutralize controls after recovery

It is generally abrupt and during the dive following a spin recovery some spiraling may occur
