Block 1: body position
A
Sprint on spot, heal flicks, skipping, hopping up on one and kicking with other.
Add more speed and cover distance

Block 2: acceleration
A
Add 10m to each session
- 4x80m alternating 75 and 100%. Good form
- 4x120m with 20m rolling start picking up speed and accelerating. Relax when too speed.

Block 3: covering distance
A
- Start on bend. 15s sprint and mark x2. Then on straight x2 with 3 min rest
- Bend 30s sprint and mark x2. Straight x2 with 3 min rest
