- 8x accelerations through sticks 50, 65, 80, 95, 110 and 125cm apart
- 8x runs through 6x 6” hurdles 1 m apart
- 2x3x 20m skipping strides on toes

Block 3: acceleration
A
- 3x 20m drive, 3x30m and 3x40m from crouch start
- 2x 30,40,50,60m to full speed from 5m rolling start
- 5x40m from 10m rolling start
