Lay on front pushing up and sprint 20m after verbal cue.

A
- Record and analyse current block starts. Create plan and practise with adjusting blocks.
- Drive 20m out of blocks. Focus on technique and add marker close to blocks to stop overstriding.
- 3x50m focusing on power and getting to top speed
