Block 3: block starts

A
  1. Record and analyse current block starts. Create plan and practise with adjusting blocks.
  2. Drive 20m out of blocks. Focus on technique and add marker close to blocks to stop overstriding.
  3. 3x50m focusing on power and getting to top speed
