> 3 mm (afferent/feeding vessel)

> 10 mm, or >6 mm + suspicious features
IPMN
> 3 cm, ductal dilatation >10 mm, or mural nodularity
Splenic artery aneurysm
> 2 cm, symptomatic, or prior to expected pregnancy
Abdominal aortic aneurysm
> 5 cm, growing at >1 cm/year, or symptomatic
Ascending thoracic aortic aneurysm
> 5.5 cm (or >5 cm for Marfan’s/familial/bicuspid AV), growing at >1 cm/year, or symptomatic
Descending thoracic aortic aneurysm
> 6.5 cm (or >6 cm for Marfan’s/familial/bicuspid AV), growing at >1 cm/year, or symptomatic
Renal abscess
> 3 cm; percutaneous drainage
Popliteal artery aneurysm
> 2 cm or symptomatic
Renal artery aneurysm
