They supply local services: water, roads, clinics, electricity, rubbish, fire protection, parks and libraries.

A
They organise education, health, security in the province.

What does the national government do?
A
Led by the President.
Makes all the laws.
Plans money matters, health and education for the whole country.
Decides how SA will act towards other countries and what the army does.
