A
-Study Provenance- what is the nature, origin and purpose of the source. Why would this be useful? Why might it not be?
-Look at when it was made/ drawn/ written
-Look at content of the source. What is it saying?
-What contextual knowledge do you have that can back up the information?
-What is not mentioned?
-Think about tone of the source- how does it affect message.
