Our lobster bisque is a classic presentation of a cream and lobster stock sautéed with chunks of fresh North Atlantic lobster

French onion soup. Crock 17z and cup 7z
Our traditional French style onion soup is loaded with caramelized onions and topped with house made Grana croutons, melted mozzarella and jarlsberg cheese.
Note mozzarella is placed on top of the jarlsberg as it browns better that the other.
Also not vegetarian as it’s made with both beef and chicken bases.
