Our house salad consisting of a mixture of Bibb, Baby Heirloom, Lolla Rossa, Romaine, Fresh Chervil and chives with red and yellow grape tomatoes tossed in our house dressing which is Parmesan vinaigrette and crumbled with Gorgonzola cheese upon guest request only.

Crisp hearts of romaine lettuce tossed with our Caesar dressing and house made Grana croutons finished with shaved Grana Padona cheese. Garnished with 2 white anchovies by request.

A 1/4 head of chilled Iceberg lettuce finished with our creamy blue cheese dressing, bacon lardons and mixed grape tomatoes.

Roasted shaved Brussels sprouts tossed in a honey Dijon bacon dressing, with fresh spinach, pickled red onions, toasted pecans, bacon lardons and crumbled blue cheese.

Hand stretched mozzarella that we make every 90 minutes served atop mixed Heirloom tomatoes, basil and a gourmet tomato salad, finished with extra virgin olive oil, 15 yr old aged balsamic and sprinkled with fleur de sel.
