Award winning New England style cream based chowder made with a blend of Littleneck and Quahog clams.

* Quahog [KWAH-hog] is the American Indian name for the East Coast hard-shell clam. The term “quahog” is also sometimes used to describe the largest of
these hard-shell clams
* Called littlenecks on the East Coast and Pacific littlenecks on the West Coast, these small, hard-shell clams have a shell diameter of less than 2 inches

Garnish 1/4 tsp Chopped parsley + 1 package Oyster Crackers

French Onion Soup

(Crock 17oz) (Cup 7oz)

Our traditional French style onion soup is loaded with caramelized onions and topped with house made Grana croutons, melted mozzarella and Jarlsberg cheese.
Note: Mozzarella cheese is placed on top of the Jarlsberg as it browns better than the other. Also, the
soup is NOT vegetarian, as it is made with both beef and chicken bases.

* Jarlsberg (YAHRLZ-berg) is a mild Swiss-style cheese that hails from Norway and has a yellow- wax rind and semi firm yellow interior. The texture is buttery
rich and the flavor mild and slightly sweet
* The caramelized onions in the soup are prepared by sautéing onions with kosher salt and clarified butter which will allow the natural sugars in the onion to brown

7 oz. (cup) 4-5 croutons
1 slice Mozzarella (1 oz.)
1 slice Jarlsberg Cheese 1oz.)
17 oz. Onion Soup (crock) 7-8 croutons
2 slices Mozzarella (2 oz.)
2 slices Jarlsberg Cheese (2 oz.)
