TPR BP Throat Cervical lymph nodes Fever pain score - Fever in last 24 hours - Pus - Rapid attend in 3 days - Inflammation of tonsils severe - No cough or sinus 2-3 then delayed prescription > 4 prescribe

Management
A
Self-care Most viral and resolve in 3-7 days Warm salt water mouthwash/gargle Cold drinks Seek help if more difficulty swallowing or breathing
Pen V or clarithromycin for 5 days
