Troubleshooting
A
- Process of trial and error
- Write down your steps.
- take notes about error messages.
- Always check the cables.
- Make sure the computer hardware are properly connected.
- Restart the computer.

Power button not starting computer
A
- Check if it’s plugged into an outlet. Ensure it’s a working outlet.
- Check power card to confirm that it’s plugged securely in the back of the computer case and the power outlet.
- If plugged into surge protector. Reset it by turning it off and then back on.
- if using a laptop, the battery may be low.

Printing issues
A
- Check printer to see that it’s turned on and plugged into surge protector
- Ensure ink cartridge still has ink and paper is loaded into paper tray
- Ensure printer and computer are connecting correctly. Update OS
- Check printer’s USB card
