Soluble
Can be digested by your body and can help to reduce the amount of cholesterol in your blood
Insoluble
Cannot be digested by the body. As it passes through your gut it helps other foods move through your digestive system. It keeps your bowels healthy and helps prevent digestive disorders

Being hydrated means the body has the correct amount of water in cells, tissues and organs to function correctly. Average recommended daily intake in 2.5 litres of water for men and 2 litres for women

Making you produce more urine

The rate at which metabolic processes take place; the rate at which a body uses up energy
