Basis for managing project schedules, costs, resources, and changes
What is a project schedule used for?
To monitor project progress, to create a list of project tasks

Start and finish dates

Task duration
How do you estimate time required to complete a task for a project schedule?
Effort and duration
How do you define duration (in regards to project schedules)?
Over what time frame will the task be completed?

How much work is required?
What is required in a Human Resources document?
Number of people (including skill level) during each phase, duration of personnel requirement, where we’re getting the people (new hires, transfers)
Why do you need a stakeholders communication plan?
to manage expectations,
to effectively communicate information to the appropriate audience at the appropriate time,

What is the Simple Change Control Process?
Document the requested change, assess the impact the change would have on the project, obtain customer approval, tell your stakeholders, implement the change
