In ordinary conversation be described as having a big ego or small ego but in ethics, we describe a healthy vs unhealthy ego

A

Bad politics is when an organisation has competition within a business. It’s the difference between having colleagues at work to having competitors
Political issues don’t have to be extreme. Could be workers stepping away from a challenge or avoiding hard work.

The first course of action when you identify malpractice is to most of the time take the issue up with the person themselves doing the wrong
