a long sleeve, cut wide at the shoulder with deep armholes that leads to thin tapered wrists, giving it a’wing-like’ appearance.

named for its resemblance to a sheep’s hind leg: wide at the top and narrow at its bottom. ( no seam )

A long sleeve, fuller at the bottom than the top, and gathered into a cuff; formerly worn by women.
