V-Neck
a neck on a garment that comes down to a point on the throat or chest, resembling the shape of the letter “ V”
Sweetheart
The round arches cover the breasts, with the V shape falls between them. This neckline creates an illusion of slimmer shoulders and enhances the bust in the right place.
Jewel ( Crew)
a plain, slightly rounded neckline without a collar, as on a dress or sweater.
Asymmetrical
having parts on either side or half that do not match or are not the same size or shape: The building’s asymmetrical silhouette features a single tower on one corner.
Square
The square neckline follows the same shape as the bottom half of a square.
Scoop
A scoop neckline is a rounded neckline on a garment which is conspicuously lower in the front than in the back
U-Neckline ( Horseshoe )
A deep, rounded scoop neck that resembles a horseshoe.
Keyhole
Keyhole necklines are a style of neckline similar to a halter-neck, where the converging diagonals of the neckline’s construction meet at the front.
Bateau
a type of wide neckline on a garment that passes just below the collarbone.
Funnel
Built-Up
necklines that extend upwards beyond the neck, and are cut as part of the bodice pattern by extending it, or can be cut separately and sewn to attach and build up the neckline
