What medications can you prescribe to help with opiod recovery?
Methadone, suboxone, clonidine, opioid antagonist naltrexone
Why might someone with AUD not be able to take naltrexone?
Impaired liver function
Pupils with opiates
constriction

aggressive psychosis, vertical horizontal nystagmus, impossible strength, blunted senses are consistent with intoxication with what substance?
