MS LT results should show I mean sleep latency less than eight minutes with at least to sleep onset REM periods. Primary etiology is felt to be due to low CSF hypocretin levels .it is felt that there is an autoimmune trigger I’m genetic testing shows patients positive for HLA-DQB1 0602 subtype
