Polysomnography

  • At least 10 seconds between breaths PLUS
  • Neurological arousal AND/OR
  • At least 3% desaturation

  1. Lifestyle (weight loss, avoiding alcohol/sedatives, smoking cessation, upright/lateral sleeping position)
  2. Devices (mandibular advancement splint, CPAP)
