Cryptococcosis

Papule with central umbilication or ulcer
Ecthyma gangrenosum

Necrotic ulcer in neutropenic patient with pseudomonas bacteremia but also other bacteria and fungi
Histoplasmosis

Central USA and Mexico.
Small nodules may ulcerate
Leprosy: Tuberculoid/Lepromatous

Lepromatous: Painless nodules.

Immunosuppressed febrile patient; Cutaneous nodules.

Pyoderma gangrenosum

Painful and rapidly progressive destructive ulcers, most often on the legs.
Characteristically associated with inflammatory bowel disease, but also arthritides and hematologic disease. Pathology is non-specific.
