Painful edematous nodules with neutrophilic infiltrate associated with malignancies, or occasionally inflammatory bowel disease, pregnancy, drugs (G-CSF)
Patients will have high fevers, leukocytosis, elevated inflammatory markers, and muscle or joint pain.
