What is seborrhoea and xerosis?
A
Seborrhoea - oily
Xerosis - dry

How do you measure cyanosis in individuals with darker skin?
A
Check the nail beds - if the pigmentation is too dark, remember that cyanosis signifies decreased oxygenation of the brain so other clinical signs like changes to LOC or respiratory distress are evident

A
In the junction of the hard and soft palates of the mouth and the sclera
