-translucent pearly lump (slow growing) OR unhealed ulcer
Painless + barbarising blood vessels with central ulceration (rodent ulcer)
scaly plaque or infiltrative
- locally invasive but rarely mets
- often present on face

A
-hyperkeratotic lump or ulcer on sun damaged skin
fast growing painful and bloody
- low risk of mets but poor prognosis
- lip, scalp, ear
- aktinic kerratosis, Bowen’s disease, Keratoacanthoma
