- Brochial/ovarian could present without liver mets
What is ectopic ACTH
Tumour producing ACTH which leads to hyperpigmentation
ACTH release also increase melanocyte release
Paget’s disease sign
- Eczematous plaque usually around nipple or areola (pigmented area surrounded the nipple)
- Extension of underlying ductal adenoma
-Extra mammary pages- around the anus
Acquired hypertrichosis lagunosa
Acute onset of Laguno hairs on face and body
- Colorectal cancer> lung cancer> breast cancer
- Usually advanced
Erythema gyratum repens
Concentric erythematous lesions
Associated with lung cancer> oesophageal> breast cancer
Rarely associated with a pregnancy and mycobacterial infection
Bazes syndrome
Hyperkeratosis of extremities
Like psoriasis but will be negative on skin biopsy
