What are the 6 components of skill related fitness?

Define agility
The ability to change the position of the body quickly and to control the movement of the whole body (all sports require this skill).
Define balance
The ability to retain the centre of mass of the body above the base support, there are two types of this
Static (stationary)
Dynamic (on the move)
Define co-ordination
The ability to use 2 or more body parts together (all sports require this skill).
Define reaction time
The time between the presentation of a stimulus and the onset of movement.
Define power
The ability to do strength performances quickly (power= strength x speed).
Define speed
The rate an individual is able to perform a movement or cover a distance in a short period of time.
