- primary
- secondary (RA, SLE, systemic sclerosis, MTCD, autoimmune thyroid’s, primary biliary cirrhosis)
symptoms of primary sjogrens
-fatigue
-dry eyes (gritty, dry, red, painful, risk of infection)
dry mouth (difficulty eating drug foods, dental caries, mouth ulcers)
-parotid and submandibularr gland swelling - infiltrative process, ductal stones - obstruction & localised lymphoma)
-vag dryness
increased risk of lymphoma

symptomatic treatment
