perianal abscess/fistulae/skin tags

- blooda
- stool MC&S to exclude infective causes
- colonscopy and rectal biopsy (granulomas)
- small bowel enema, detects ileal disease
- capsule endoscopy
- colonscopy
- MRI

complications
A
- small bowel obstruction
- toxic dilatation
- abscess formation
- fistulae
- perforation
- rectal haemorrhage
- colon cancer
- fatty liver and PSC and cholangiocarcinoma
- malnutrition
- amyloidosis

- steroid (reduce inflammation)
- TNFalpha inhibitors
