- In men, the prostate is the equivalent to this organ.
Uterus
This organ controls the intelligence.
It is the Sea of Marrow.
It controls the 5 senses.
Brain
This organ fills the bones.
It contributes to making blood.
It nourishes the brain.
Marrow
This organ provides the structural framework of the body.
It contains the cavity that houses the marrow and is functionally related to the kidney.
Bone
This organ houses blood and is the vehicle for the circulation of qi and blood.
It transports refined food essences, qi and blood all over the body.
Blood vessels
This organ is considered an extraordinary YANG organ because it stores a “pure” substance (bile) and does not deal with food or drink or waste products.
It affects our capacity to make decisions.
The qi of this organ gives the Hun capacity for movement.
