Communicate nature of emergency, new plan, time until on the ground, remind flight attendants this is not an emergency prep

When - when you plan on bracing or evacuating pax for an issue
How - on the calls panel lift and press the emergency call push button
Communicate - this is an emergency prep I have a test for you. (T) type of emergency (E) evacuation anticipated? (S) signals review, remain seated x3 if I decide we need to evacuate, evacuate x3. (T) Time remaining until on the ground
