Agitation, Restlessness, Cyanosis, Decreases Sp02 reading, Difficulty breathing when supine, distended and soft spongy abdomen, distended neck veins, severe dyspnea, edema, sitting upright, suddenly waking at night, tachycardia, tachpnea

Congestive Heart Failure (need AED, PPV)
