Grapefruit Basil Martini

A

Sugar rim of glass, set aside.
Muddle lime, basil leaves and ice.
Add vodka, St. Germain, grapefruit juice, simple syrup and bitters.
Shake 12-16 times above the shoulder.
Strain into martini glass.
Garnish with a fresh basil leaf (hand slapped to release the oils) in the center.

1.5 oz Deep Eddy Ruby Red
.5 oz St Germain
2 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
2 dashes Fee Bros Grapefruit Bitters
.5 Simple Syrup
4 Basil Leaves

A

Build vodka, pear puree, simple syrup and sweet and sour.
Shake 12-16 times above the shoulder.
Strain finished cocktail into glass.
Garnish with pear slice.

A

Strain into martini glass.

Blood Orange Cosmo

A

Sugar rim martini glass and set aside
Muddle orange and limes with ice
Add vodka, triple sec, puree and cranberry juice
Cover and shake 12-16 times over the shoulder
Strain into martini glass without dripping or splashing on sugar rim
Garnish with orange wheel

2 oz. Tito’s Handmade Vodka
1 oz. Triple Sec 
1 oz. Blood Orange Puree 
1/2 oz. Cranberry Juice

Spicy Mule

A

Muddle limes, jalapenos and ice.
Add vodka and simple syrup into pint glass.
Shake 12 -16 times overhead and set aside for 15 seconds to infuse.
Pour ginger beer into copper mug.
Strain shaken mixture into copper mug.
Fill with ice last and garnish with:
Mint Leaf, Lime Wedge and Jalapeno Slice

1 1/2 oz. Smirnoff Vodka
1 oz. Simple Syrup
3 oz. Ginger Beer
3 Lime Wedges
6 Seedless Jalapeno Slices

Blood Orange Margarita

A

Salt half rim of glass and set aside
Muddle oranges and lime with ice
Add tequila, triple sec, puree, sweet & sour and agave Shake 12-16 times overhead
Add shaken mixture to salted Collins glass and garnish with orange wheel

1 1/2 oz. El Jimador Tequila
1 oz. Triple Sec
1 oz. Blood Orange Puree 
1 oz. Sweet & Sour 
1/2 oz. Agave Nectar 
2 Orange Wheels

Lion Lemonade

A

Muddle lemons and ice
Add vodka, liqueur, simple and sweet and sour
Shake 12-16 times
Add sprite to Collins glass
Pour shaken mixture on top of sprite, add ice to top off. Garnish with a skewered lemon wedge.

1 oz. Smirnoff Citrus Vodka
1/2 oz. Dekuyper Razzmatazz
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup 
2 oz. Sweet and Sour 
2 oz. Sprite

Passion Fruit Mojito

A

Muddle limes and mint with ice in a pint glass.
Add rum, puree and simple syrup
Cover and shake 12-16 times
Add soda water and sprite to the bottom of the fresh Collins glass
Pour shaken mixture into glass and add ice to top off
Garnish with skewered lime wedge.

1 1/2 oz. Bacardi Silver Rum
1 oz. Passion Fruit Puree 
1 oz. Simple Syrup
1 oz. Soda Water
1 oz. Sprite

A

Muddle limes with ice in a pint glass
Add vodka and simple syrup

Makers Mark Manhattan

A

Chill martini glass with ice and water and set aside
Add ice to crystal mixing glass
Add whiskey, sweet vermouth and bitters
Stir with a cocktail spoon for 15 seconds
Strain into chilled martini glass and garnish with cherry

2 oz. of Makers Mark Whiskey
1/2 oz. of Martini and Rossi Sweet Vermouth
3-4 dashes of Angostura Bitters

The Bourbon Sazerac

A

Chill old fashioned glass
Place ice in a cocktail mixing glass
Add bourbon, vermouth, and bitters, stir for 15 seconds with a cocktail spoon
Use atomizer to spray the inside of the the double rocks glass with Ricard or Absinthe
Place whiskey rock in glass and strain the stirred mixture over the large ice cube
Garnish with wide orange twist around rim and place in cocktail

2 oz. Bulleit Rye 
1 oz. Martini and Rossi Sweet Vermouth 
2 dashes of Angostura Bitters 
2 dashes of Fee Bro’s Orange Bitters
1 dash of Peychaud’s Bitters 
1/4 oz (two spritz) Ricard or Absinthe

Bulleit Rye Old Fashioned

A

Chill old fashioned glass
Place sugar cube into crystal mixing glass, add bitters directly on sugar and muddle
Add stemless cherry and orange and press together, without any ice
Add ice and rye, stir with a cocktail spoon for 15 seconds
Add club soda
Place large ice cube in the old fashioned glass
Strain mixture over the large ice cube
Garnish by rimming the glass with a wide orange twist and top glass with a cherry

2 oz. Bulleit Rye 
1 oz. Club Soda 
2 dashes of Angostura Bitters 
1 Sugar Cube 
1 Stemless Bing Cherry 
1 Orange slice

A

Add vodka to glass with grape fruit juice, bitters and ice

A

A

Rim half of the glass with salt and set aside
Add limes and ice to mixing glass and muddle
Add remaining ingredients
Shake 12-16 times above the shoulder
Strain into half rimmed bucket
Fill the bucket with fresh ice and garnish with skewered lime wedge

Salted Caramel Moroccan Coffee

A

Rim the mug with sugar
Add 151 rum and flambe’
Toast nutmeg and cinnamon while caramelizing sugar rim
Add Kahlua, Bailey’s, Buttershots and coffee last
Top with whipped cream, caramel sauce and sprinkle with a pinch of kosher salt

1/4 oz. 151 Rum 
1/4 oz. Kahlua Liqueur
1/2 oz. Bailey’s Irish Cream

Apple Pie Ala Mode

A

Build all ingredients over ice in a mixing glass
Cover and shake 12-16 times above the shoulder
Strain contents over new ice in a wine glass
Top with whipped cream and cinnamon

3/4 oz. Smirnoff Vanilla Vodka 
1/2 oz. Dekuyper Buttershots 
3 oz. Hard Apple Cider 
1 oz. Simple Syrup 
1 oz. Half & Half

Cadillac Margarita

A

Rim half of the glass with salt and set aside
Add limes and ice to mixing glass and muddle
Add reposado tequila, Cointreau, sweet and sour and agave
Shake 12-16 times above the shoulder
Pour shaken mixture into the half rimmed bucket Garnish with a lime wedge

Pour the side of Grand Marnier into a beer sample glass
Float the pour of Grand Marnier at the table for the Guest; remove glass immediately

1/4 oz. Cointreau
2 oz. Sweet and Sour

Cucumber Rosemary Gin and Tonic

A

Muddle 3 limes, 4 cucumbers and 1/4 tsp rosemary without ice
Add gin, rosemary, simple syrup and ice
Cover and shake 12-16 times
Pour tonic water into a fresh Collins glass and add shaken contents
Add ice as needed and garnish with lime wedge

1 1/2 oz.  Bombay Sapphire Gin 
1 oz. Rosemary Simple Syrup
1 oz. Tonic
4 Peeled Cucumber Slices 
3 Lime Wedges
