Strawberry Margarita

A
3 Lime Wedges 
1 1/2 oz. El Jimador Tequila 
1 oz. Triple Sec 
1 oz. Strawberry Puree 
2 oz. Sweet and Sour 

Procedure

  1. Salt half the rim of Collins glass and set aside
  2. Muddle limes with ice
  3. Combine tequila, triple sec, sweet and sour and puree 4. Shake 12 - 16 times over the shoulder
  4. Pour mixture into Collins glass and garnish with a skewered lime wedge

2 Torn Basil Leaves
3 Lime Wedges
1 1/2 oz. El Jimador Tequila 
1 oz. Triple Sec  
1 oz. Strawberry Puree 
2 oz. Sweet and Sour 

Procedure

  1. Salt half the rim of Collins glass and set aside
  2. Muddle limes and basil with ice
  3. Add strawberry puree, tequila, triple sec and sweet and sour
  4. Shake 12 - 16 times over the shoulder 5. Pour mixture into Collins glass and garnish with a basil leaf

Negroni

A

1 oz. Sweet Vermouth
1 oz. Campari
1 oz. Tanqueray

Procedure

  1. Chill old fashioned glass (12.5 oz Double Rocks)
  2. In a crystal mixing glass add sweet vermouth, Campari and gin
  3. Stir for 15 seconds
  4. Strain over large ice cube
  5. Garnish with wide orange twist around the rim and place into cocktail

A
1/2 oz. Gordon’s Vodka
1/2 oz. Pepe Lopez 
1/4 oz. Gordon’s Gin 
1/4 oz. Castillo Silver Rum 
1/2 oz. Triple Sec 
3 oz. Sweet and Sour 
1 oz. Coke 

Procedure

  1. Combine vodka, rum, gin, triple sec and sweet and sour in a mixing glass
  2. Cover and shake 12-16 times
  3. Pour into pint glass, float coke on top and garnish with a skewered lemon wedge

Procedure

3 Seedless Jalapeno Slices 
10 Mint Leaves
1 1/2 oz. Sailor Jerry’s Spiced Rum 
1 oz. Simple Syrup 
1 oz. Pineapple Juice 
1 oz. Ginger Beer 

Procedure

  1. Muddle mint, jalapeno and lime wedges in ice
  2. Add rum, simple syrup and pineapple juice
  3. Cover and shake 10-12 times above the shoulder
  4. Pour ginger beer into the bottom of a new Collins glass
  5. Pour the shaken contents into the glass 6. Garnish with skewered lime wedge

A
3 Lemon Wedges 
1 1/2 oz. Bulleit Bourbon 
1/2 oz. St. Germain
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup 
2 oz. Wycliff Sparkling Wine 

Procedure

  1. Add ice to a cocktail mixing glass
  2. Squeeze lemons over ice
  3. Add bourbon, St. Germain and simple syrup
  4. Stir with a cocktail spoon for 15 seconds
  5. Strain into bucket over new ice
  6. Top with sparkling wine
  7. Garnish with a mint sprig

2 oz. Cranberry Juice

Procedure

  1. Chill martini glass with ice and set aside
  2. Muddle limes and ice in a mixing glass
  3. Add vodka, triple sec and cranberry juice
  4. Shake 12 - 16 times above the shoulder
  5. Strain into martini glass
  6. Garnish with skewered lime wedge

4 Lemon Wedges
2 oz. Smirnoff Citrus Vodka 
1/2 oz. Triple Sec 
1 oz. Simple Syrup
1 oz. Lemonade 

Procedure

  1. Sugar rim martini glass and set aside
  2. Muddle lemons and ice in a mixing glass
  3. Add vodka, lemonade and simple syrup to muddled contents
  4. Cover and shake 12-16 times above the shoulder
  5. Carefully strain into martini glass and garnish with skewered lemon wedge

1 1/2 oz. Gordons Well Vodka
1 oz. Sour Apple Pucker
2 oz. Sweet and Sour

Procedure

  1. Chill martini glass with ice and set aside
  2. Build ingredients in mixing glass with ice
  3. Shake 12 - 16 times over the shoulder
  4. Strain into chilled martini glass
  5. Garnish with Bordeaux cherry

A
1 oz. Smirnoff Vanilla Vodka
3/4 oz. Baily’s Irish Cream 
1/2 oz. Frangelico 
1/2 oz. Hershey’s Chocolate Syrup 
1/2 oz. Half and Half 

Procedure

  1. Chill martini glass with ice
  2. Add vodka, Bailey’s, Frangelico, Hershey’s syrup and half and half to mixing glass with ice
  3. Cover and shake 12-16 times.
  4. Empty ice from chilling glass, and drizzle chocolate syrup on the inside in a zig zag
  5. Strain mixture into prepared martini glass

Procedure

  1. Build in a 9 oz. highball glass over ice
  2. Layer vodka then Kahlua
  3. Top with Half and Half

1/2 oz. Myers Dark Rum 
1 oz. Pineapple Juice 
1 oz. Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice 
1 oz. Sweet and Sour 
1/4 oz. Disaronno Amaretto 

Procedure

  1. Combine both rums, pineapple juice, orange juice and sweet and sour with ice
  2. Cover and shake 12-16 times
  3. Add mixture to a fresh Collins glass
  4. Float Disaronno on top and garnish with a Bordeaux cherry skewered to an orange wheel

A

2 Lemons
1 1/2oz. Early Times Bourbon
1/2 oz. Agave Syrup
4 1/2 oz. Hot Water

Procedure

  1. Add Bourbon and agave to coffee mug
  2. Squeeze lemons into glass, using a fine mesh strainer to catch seeds
  3. Carefully top with hot water
  4. Slowly stir mixture with a cocktail spoon to mix in agave
  5. Garnish with a lemon twist

Procedure

  1. Build in 8.5 oz. glass coffee mug
  2. Pour freshly brewed hot coffee over cube and whiskey
  3. Garnish with whipped cream

Dash of Nutmeg 
1/4 oz. Cruzan Rum 151
1/4 oz. Triple Sec

Procedure

  1. Rim 8.5 oz. coffee mug with sugar
  2. Pour 151 into coffee mug
  3. Flambe and sprinkle in nutmeg and cinnamon
  4. Pour other ingredients
  5. Garnish with whipped cream

Procedure

  1. Rim half of 12 oz. bucket glass with salt and set aside
  2. Add limes and ice to mixing glass and muddle
  3. Add remaining ingredients
  4. Shake 12-16 times above the shoulder
  5. Strain into half rimmed bucket
  6. Fill the bucket with fresh ice and garnish with a skewered lime wedge

A

3 Lime Wedges
1 oz. Simple Syrup
1 1/2 oz. Gordon’s Vodka
3 oz. Ginger Beer

  1. Muddle limes with ice in a pint glass
  2. Add vodka and simple syrup
  3. Cover and shake 12-16 times
  4. Pour ginger beer into the bottom of the mug
  5. Pour shaken mixture into the mug
  6. Add ice as needed and garnish with skewered lime wedge and mint leaf

A

Muddle orange and lime with ice
Add brandy, simple syrup and triple sec
Shake 12 - 16 times over the shoulder
Pour wine and soda water into shaker with above mixture
Stir with cocktail spoon for 15 seconds - do not shake the mixture
Add ice to glass and garnish an orange wheel

A

Muddle orange, lemon and lime with ice
Add pineapple juice, Riesling, brandy, triple sec and peach schnapps
Cover with tin and shake 12-16 times above the shoulder
Pour wine and sprite into shaker and stir with a cocktail spoon for 15 seconds
Pour mixture into wine glass and top with ice and garnish with orange wheel

A

Add rum and simple syrup
Cover and shake 12-16 times above the shoulder
Add soda water and sprite to the bottom of a fresh Collins glass
Pour shaken mixture into glass and add ice to top off.
Garnish with skewered lime wedge.

A

Salt half rim of glass and set aside
Muddle limes with ice in a pint glass.
Add tequila, triple sec, sweet and sour and agave.
Shake 12-16 times overhead
Add shaken mixture to salted Collins glass and garnish.

1 oz. Triple Sec 
2 oz. Sweet and Sour 
1/2 oz. Agave Nectar

A

Rim half of the glass with salt and set aside
Add limes and ice to mixing glass and muddle
Add tequila, simple syrup, grapefruit juice and bitters Cover and shake 12-16 times above the shoulder
Pour shaken ingredients into the Collins glass
Top with Sprite and garnish with 1/4 grapefruit wheel

1 1/2 oz. El Jimador Tequila 
1 oz. Simple Syrup 
3 oz. Fresh Grapefruit Juice
