Strawberry Margarita
3 Lime Wedges 1 1/2 oz. El Jimador Tequila 1 oz. Triple Sec 1 oz. Strawberry Puree 2 oz. Sweet and Sour
Procedure
- Salt half the rim of Collins glass and set aside
- Muddle limes with ice
- Combine tequila, triple sec, sweet and sour and puree 4. Shake 12 - 16 times over the shoulder
- Pour mixture into Collins glass and garnish with a skewered lime wedge
Strawberry Basil Margarita
2 Torn Basil Leaves 3 Lime Wedges 1 1/2 oz. El Jimador Tequila 1 oz. Triple Sec 1 oz. Strawberry Puree 2 oz. Sweet and Sour
Procedure
- Salt half the rim of Collins glass and set aside
- Muddle limes and basil with ice
- Add strawberry puree, tequila, triple sec and sweet and sour
- Shake 12 - 16 times over the shoulder 5. Pour mixture into Collins glass and garnish with a basil leaf
Negroni
1 oz. Sweet Vermouth
1 oz. Campari
1 oz. Tanqueray
Procedure
- Chill old fashioned glass (12.5 oz Double Rocks)
- In a crystal mixing glass add sweet vermouth, Campari and gin
- Stir for 15 seconds
- Strain over large ice cube
- Garnish with wide orange twist around the rim and place into cocktail
Long Island Iced Tea
1/2 oz. Gordon’s Vodka 1/2 oz. Pepe Lopez 1/4 oz. Gordon’s Gin 1/4 oz. Castillo Silver Rum 1/2 oz. Triple Sec 3 oz. Sweet and Sour 1 oz. Coke
Procedure
- Combine vodka, rum, gin, triple sec and sweet and sour in a mixing glass
- Cover and shake 12-16 times
- Pour into pint glass, float coke on top and garnish with a skewered lemon wedge
Premium Long Island Iced Tea
1/2 oz. Absolut Vodka 1/2 oz. Tequila 1/4 oz. Tanqueray Gin 1/4 oz. Bacardi Silver Rum 1/2 oz. Triple Sec 3 oz. Sweet and Sour 1 1/2 oz. Coke
Procedure
- Combine vodka, rum, gin, triple sec and sweet and sour in a mixing glass
- Cover and shake 12-16 times
- Pour into pint glass, float coke on top and garnish with skewered lemon wedge
AMF
1/2 oz. Gordon’s Vodka 1/2 oz. Pepe Lopez 1/4 oz. Gordon’s Gin 1/4 oz. Castillo Silver Rum 1/2 oz. Blue Curacao 2 oz. Sweet and Sour 2 oz. Sprite
Procedure
- Combine vodka, rum, gin, blue curacao and sweet and sour in a mixing glass
- Shake 12-16 times above the shoulder
- Pour into pint glass, float sprite on top and garnish with skewered lemon wedge
Spiced Ginger Mojito
3 Lime Wedges 3 Seedless Jalapeno Slices 10 Mint Leaves 1 1/2 oz. Sailor Jerry’s Spiced Rum 1 oz. Simple Syrup 1 oz. Pineapple Juice 1 oz. Ginger Beer
Procedure
- Muddle mint, jalapeno and lime wedges in ice
- Add rum, simple syrup and pineapple juice
- Cover and shake 10-12 times above the shoulder
- Pour ginger beer into the bottom of a new Collins glass
- Pour the shaken contents into the glass 6. Garnish with skewered lime wedge
The Devereaux
3 Lemon Wedges 1 1/2 oz. Bulleit Bourbon 1/2 oz. St. Germain 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup 2 oz. Wycliff Sparkling Wine
Procedure
- Add ice to a cocktail mixing glass
- Squeeze lemons over ice
- Add bourbon, St. Germain and simple syrup
- Stir with a cocktail spoon for 15 seconds
- Strain into bucket over new ice
- Top with sparkling wine
- Garnish with a mint sprig
Cosmo Martini
2 Lime Wedges
2 oz. Gordon’s Well Vodka
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
2 oz. Cranberry Juice
Procedure
- Chill martini glass with ice and set aside
- Muddle limes and ice in a mixing glass
- Add vodka, triple sec and cranberry juice
- Shake 12 - 16 times above the shoulder
- Strain into martini glass
- Garnish with skewered lime wedge
Lemon Drop Martini
4 Lemon Wedges 2 oz. Smirnoff Citrus Vodka 1/2 oz. Triple Sec 1 oz. Simple Syrup 1 oz. Lemonade
Procedure
- Sugar rim martini glass and set aside
- Muddle lemons and ice in a mixing glass
- Add vodka, lemonade and simple syrup to muddled contents
- Cover and shake 12-16 times above the shoulder
- Carefully strain into martini glass and garnish with skewered lemon wedge
Apple Martini
1 1/2 oz. Gordons Well Vodka
1 oz. Sour Apple Pucker
2 oz. Sweet and Sour
Procedure
- Chill martini glass with ice and set aside
- Build ingredients in mixing glass with ice
- Shake 12 - 16 times over the shoulder
- Strain into chilled martini glass
- Garnish with Bordeaux cherry
Chocolate Martini
1 oz. Smirnoff Vanilla Vodka 3/4 oz. Baily’s Irish Cream 1/2 oz. Frangelico 1/2 oz. Hershey’s Chocolate Syrup 1/2 oz. Half and Half
Procedure
- Chill martini glass with ice
- Add vodka, Bailey’s, Frangelico, Hershey’s syrup and half and half to mixing glass with ice
- Cover and shake 12-16 times.
- Empty ice from chilling glass, and drizzle chocolate syrup on the inside in a zig zag
- Strain mixture into prepared martini glass
White Russian
3/4 oz. Gordon’s Vodka
3/4 oz. Kahlua
1 oz. Half and Half
Procedure
- Build in a 9 oz. highball glass over ice
- Layer vodka then Kahlua
- Top with Half and Half
Mai Tai
1 oz. Sailor Jerry Rum 1/2 oz. Myers Dark Rum 1 oz. Pineapple Juice 1 oz. Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice 1 oz. Sweet and Sour 1/4 oz. Disaronno Amaretto
Procedure
- Combine both rums, pineapple juice, orange juice and sweet and sour with ice
- Cover and shake 12-16 times
- Add mixture to a fresh Collins glass
- Float Disaronno on top and garnish with a Bordeaux cherry skewered to an orange wheel
Hot Toddy
2 Lemons
1 1/2oz. Early Times Bourbon
1/2 oz. Agave Syrup
4 1/2 oz. Hot Water
Procedure
- Add Bourbon and agave to coffee mug
- Squeeze lemons into glass, using a fine mesh strainer to catch seeds
- Carefully top with hot water
- Slowly stir mixture with a cocktail spoon to mix in agave
- Garnish with a lemon twist
