Mimosa
Add orange juice into wine glass, using a jigger
Top with the measured amount of Champagne
3 oz. Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
5 oz. Wycliff Brut
Blood Orange Mimosa
Sugar rim wine glass
Add puree and simple syrup into wine glass
Slowly top with sparkling wine to mix and avoid heavy foaming
Stir slowly to mix, if needed
Be sure to measure out all ingredients
Garnish with half orange wheel
1 1/2 oz. Blood Orange Puree
1 oz. Simple Syrup
5 oz. Wycliff Brut
Raspberry Mimosa
Add puree and simple syrup into wine glass
Slowly top with sparkling wine to mix and avoid heavy foaming
Stir slowly to mix, if needed
2 oz. Raspberry Puree
1 oz. Simple Syrup
5 oz. Wycliff Brut
Passion Fruit Mimosa
Add puree and simple syrup into wine glass
Slowly top with sparkling wine to mix and avoid heavy foaming
Stir slowly to mix, if needed
1 1/2 oz. Passion Puree
1 oz. Simple Syrup

Classic Bloody Mary
Salt rim of pint glass and set aside
Pour vodka into a separate pint glass to build
Add Bloody Mary mix and shake 5-7 times to mix
Pour mixture into the salted pint glass and garnish with Carrot, Lime, Pepperoni, & Peppercini skewered to celery stalk
1 1/2 oz. Well Vodka
6 oz. Bloody Mary Mix
Bacon Bloody Mary
Salt rim of pint glass and set aside
Pour vodka into a separte pint glass to build
Add Bloody Mary mix and shake 5-7 times to mix
Pour mixture into the salted pint glass and garnish
Collect Bacon from the expo line to complete the garnish with Cocktail Onion, Olive, Tomato, & Peppercini
1 1/2 oz. Well Vodka
6 oz. Bloody Mary Mix
Sriracha Bloody Mary
Salt rim of pint glass and set aside
Use the cocktail spoon to measure out a teaspoon of Sriracha
Combine vodka and Sriracha into a separate pint glass to build
Shake 5-7 times above shoulder to infuse the Sriracha
Add Bloody Mary mix and shake mix again
Pour mixture into the salted pint glass and garnish with skewered Carrot, Lime, Pepperoni, Pepperoncini, and Jalapeno slice
1 1/2 oz. Well Vodka
1 tsp. Sriracha Sauce
6 oz. Bloody Mary Mix
Wasabi Bloody Mary
Salt rim of pint glass and set aside
Use the cocktail spoon to measure out a teaspoon of Wasabi paste
Combine vodka and wasabi into a separate pint glass to build
Shake 5-7 times above shoulder to infuse the wasabi
Add Bloody Mary mix and shake mix again
Pour mixture into the salted pint glass and garnish with Carrot, Lime, Pepperoni, and Pepperoncini

1 tsp. Wasabi Paste
6 oz. Bloody Mary Mix
Aperol Spritz
Add ice to the halfway point of the wine glass
Pour Aperol into the glass over the ice
Pour Prosecco over the Aperol
Add soda water and stir lightly with a cocktail mixing spoon
Garnish with an orange wheel and mint sprig floating in the center of the glass.

3 oz. La Marca Prosecco
1 oz. Schweppes Club Soda
Beermosa
Measure the Orange Juice and pour into the beer glass
Top the glass with the accurate amount of beer
Garnish with an orange wheel
Pint glass:
4 oz. Fresh Orange Juice
12 oz. Select Beer
20 ounce glass:
5 oz. Fresh Orange Juice
15 oz. Select Beer
Tito’s Screwdriver
Fill a 9 oz highball glass with ice
Pour vodka and fresh orange juice over ice
1 1/2 oz Tito’s Handmade Vodka
3 oz. Fresh Orange Juice
Fresh Pressed Greyhound
Pour pre squeezed grapefruit juice into 12 oz. bucket glass
Add vodka, bitters and ice
Stir with cocktail spoon
Garnish with 1/4 grapefruit wheel
1 1/2 oz. Deep Eddy Ruby Red Vodka
1/2 oz. of a Freshly Pressed Grapefruit
1 dash of Fee Bro’s Grapefruit Bitters
