1. find 2 random people who can be witnessess to the signature by mark (can be anyone)
2. document signer proceeds with their own mark while witnesses watch the signature
3. two witnessess will sign underneath the mark
4. witness one signs, :signer’s name by random witness name; witness 2 signs their name underneath
5. get original signer inside the journal, they will write their mark on the signature part of the journal. RIGHT NEXT to their mark, you will get the 1st random witness, they will write “signer’s name by random person’s name”
6. additional info: write down signature by mark with 2 witnesses
7. thumbprint fron original signer
