Sautéed Mushrooms
Large button mushrooms sautéed with butter, garlic and sherry wine.
Creamed Corn
Freshly shucked sweet corn with chicken broth and heavy cream (and butter.)
Creamed Spinach
Chopped and oven broiled spinach, with a bread crumb and parmesan cheese topping. (Spinach is cooked with chicken broth, and cream and butter is added. The creamed spinach is toped with grated parmesan and baked until the cheese is golden brown.
Fresh Asparagus
8 oz. of steamed asparagus topped with drawn butter and Kosher salt (garlic and pepper.)
Onion Rings
Colossal yellow onion rings double battered and deep fried and serve with a side of ketchup. 1 1/2’ thick. 12 is a full order. 6 is a half. 1 can be ordered to accompany an entrée.
Fresh Broccoli
12oz. of freshly steamed broccoli topped with kosher salt and drawn butter (pepper.)
Sautéed Spinach and Mushrooms
baby spinach and sliced button mushrooms sautéed in garlic and olive oil. (6 total ounces: 2 of mushrooms and 4 of spinach)
Mac and Cheese
Elbow macaroni, fontina cheese, newskies bacon, white truffle oil, parmesan and cheddar cheese, baked to golden brown.
