Glazed Carrot
We use an oversized California carrot that is blanched, and drenched in Bob’s signature glaze (Brown sugar, cinnamon and OJ)
Baked Potato
We offer a 60 count large russet potato from Burbank, Idaho. It is served with an offering of butter, sour cream, cheddar cheese, fresh chives and apple woof smoked bacon pieces. Comes with butter automatically, ask guest when ordering if they would like the butter or not. Suggest our Smashed Potatoes or Skillet Potatoes as signature items.
Smashed Potatoes
We use the same Burbank, Idaho Potato as our baked. They are finished with clarified butter and parsley. “Smashed” means they are literally smashed instead of whipped, this gives the potatoes more texture (lumps.) (prepared with butter, half and half, garlic, kosher salt, and course ground black pepper)
Skillet Fried Potatoes
We use Burbank, Idaho potatoes that are sliced, fried for a nice crispiness and topped with sautéed onions and Bob’s green peppercorn gravy.
