Australian Lobster Tails
5-6oz, 8-10oz, 12-14oz-72$ (Maine, Australian, Aust.) 5-6oz. Broil, fried or sautéed (all is steamed 1st to ensure fully cooked.) Broiled or steamed in a white wine and olive oil, served topped with clarified butter.
Maryland Style Crab Cakes
2 (3.5 oz.) jumbo Maryland style cab cakes. Served with Honey Mustard sauce, choice of potato and Bob’s signature glazed carrot.
Broiled Jumbo Shrimp Scampi
6 (deveined, U-10) jumbo shrimp (cooked in an oven shortly) sautéed in scampi butter, garlic lemon juice and black pepper.
Fried Jumbo Shrimp
6 (deveined, U-10) jumbo shrimp, deep fried, served with cocktail sauce, and a lemon crown. Battered in a mixture of egg and evaporated milk and dredged in bread crumbs.
Broiled Salmon
9 oz. Atlantic salmon filet broiled in white wine and olive oil, topped with Maître d’ butter (white wine, lemon juice, Worcestershire, garlic, and cayenne). served with the skin still on the bottom side to keep in the juices.
