6 pencil thin asparagus stalks steamed and topped with bearnaise sauce
Cabaret mushrooms

Quarter size mushroom caps sautéed in garlic butter until caramelized. Red wine is used to deglaze the sauté pan and flavor the mushrooms. Cabaret Demi glaze is added to coat and flavor the mushrooms
