Grilled chicken
6 ounces marinated chicken breast cut into strips
Shrimp
8@26/30 Count tail off shrimp grilled and drizzled with garlic butter
Oysters
Six cornmeal dusted fried oysters
Steak
6 ounce grilled to temperature flat iron steak
Tuna
5 ounce piece of yellow fin tuna grilled rare unless other specified and thinly slice medium well and well done will be slice in half prior to cooking and shingles on top of the salad
Salmon
5 ounce Atlantic salmon grilled and brush with garlic butter
Chicken salad
6 ounce portion of our homemade chicken salad consisting of grilled chicken mayonnaise sour Cream celery red onion white wine and dill
Crab cakes
5 oz pan fry crab cake made with a lump and special crab meat onion pepper egg and breadcrumbs
