Amiodarone

A
Pulmonary toxicity (acute inflammatory or chronic interstitial lung disease)
Thyroid dysfunction (usually hypo)
Ocular (reversible benign corneal microdeposits)
Cardiac (can prolong QT interval, also CI in patients with 2nd or 3rd degree heart block as may cause complete heart block)
