Anderson sold out in record time which gave birth to our Ocean 22 project which again sold out an under project at a time.
Which led us to what you see here; The heightens of style, state of the art, Ocean Enclave.
With 27 floors and 330 rooms it is one of the largest and tallest buildings in Myrtle Beach.
And just 2 hours South of us is our Beautiful liberty place in Charleston, South Carolina, with more to come.
