Subclavian Groove
Inferior aspect of clavicle. Attachment site for subclavian muscle.
Conoid tubercle
Posterior-Inferior aspect of clavicle, toward acromial end. Attachment site for coracoclavicular ligament.
Trapezoid line
Inferior aspect of clavicle, lateral from conoid tubercle. Attachment for coracoclavicular ligament.

Superior aspect of glenoid fossa. Attachment for biceps brachii.

Anterior. Receives coronoid fossa of ulna in elbow flexion.

Anterior. Receives coronoid fossa of radius in elbow flexion.
Radial/spiral groove.
Posterior. Pathway for radial nerve.

Lateral. Deltoid insertion.
