movement is passive as no muscles move the AC joint it corresponds with movement at the scapulothoracic joint

shrugging shoulders/ raising the arm
what is shoulder depression?
pulling shoulders down
what is shoulder protraction?
pulling shoulders forward
what is shoulder retraction?
moving scapular back toward the spine
