A
  • shoulder flexion or abduction
  • due to it inserting at the posterior hip and also on the humerus it would need to lengthen for these movements

How do you measure pectoralis minor tightness?

A

have patient lay supine with hands down at their side. Measure distance the shoulders are off the table and apply pressure to see if there is resistance to movement

A

fracture, OA, and RA
