Q

Hormonal Response

A

Pituitary Gland -> ADH Secretion ->
Adrenal Gland -> Aldosterone Secretion ->

= Water and sodium retention by kidneys to help replenish plasma volume

Q

Adrenal Response

A

Release of epinephrine -> Further Increase vasoconstriction-> Increase arterial pressure to perfuse heart and brain -> Blood is shunted from muscle, skin, kidney and liver / decrease hydrostatic pressure -> fluid moves from interstitial space to capillary to restore plasmas.
