IM SCARED Scene Considerations
A
I- Impact and direction (head on rear impact, t-bone)
M- Mechanism (roll over)
S- Speed (odomoeter, combined vehicle/s speed, speed limit)
C- Cabin Intrusion (mild, moderate, major) Pillar damage
A- Airbags fitted and deployed
R-Restraints fitted and worn (baby capsule, 5 point harness, back clip, seat belt pass)
E- Ejection, multiple passenger, loose objects in vehicle
D- Deadly patients (windscreen star pattern)
