Types of shipping offered
Free ground shipping – takes 3 to 5 business days from shipment
2 day shipping – delivered in 2 business days
Overnight delivery – delivered in next business day
Reminder that FedEx only deliver during business days. They will not deliver on weekends or major holidays (such as Labor Day and Christmas Day)
Saturday delivery is available for limited area. However, this option should only be used in case of extreme emergency. Read troubleshooting in the lines below for more information
Shipping Providers we use
FedEx – primary shipping provider used by My Trio Rings. All shipment is processed via FedEx unless it is being shipped to a PO Box address or unless specified by customer
UPS – secondary shipping provider. Mostly used for return shipping for Ring Resizing Service, Polishing service and other services
USPS – only used when shipping address is set to a PO BOX or Armed Forces Postal Box and for Ring cleaning kit shipment (only for standalone ring cleaning kit order
Supplies for Shipping
FedEx M1 Medium Box
FedEx padded pack
FedEx Mid-Sized pouch – For international shipments to put necessary documents
UPS shipping Box – for PO Box orders
UPS Padded Pack – for rings that will be shipping in brown box
Box tape – Box tape is ordered via Amazon. Ask Vipul to order when the supply is running low
How to order supplies
Go to fedex.com, log in using password saved in Lastpass
Click “Shipping” -> “Packing & Shipping Supplies” -> “Order Now” -> “previous orders” to access our previous supply orders
Select the quantity for each item
Select “Proceed with order” -> “Confirm your address and complete”
Allow 3 to 5 business days for FedEx to deliver the supplies
Order 100 shipping boxes/150 padded packs. This amount is sufficient to keep the supply bin full
Place order for supplies when “2nd floor” of box is empty
For Thanksgiving and Christmas season, there will be an embargo of shipment of shipping supply. Contact FedEx sales rep to find the deadline and order sufficient amount to last throughout the season
